De voorzitter van de ondernemingsrechtbank Antwerpen heeft geoordeeld dat Soundproductions Howard Heckers inbreuk heeft gepleegd op de auteursrechten van Roger Hodgson en Harmonic Management, alsook op de naburige rechten als uitvoerend kunstenaar van Roger Hodgson door het onrechtmatig kopiëren, verspreiden, doorsturen, publiceren, te koop aanbieden en verkopen van opnames van Roger Hodgson. Deze opnames zijn geen officiële opnames vanwege Roger Hodgson en hij heeft nooit zijn toestemming gegeven tot de bekendmaking of reproductie ervan. Vanaf juni 2016 heeft Soundproductions Howard Heckers geen diensten meer verleend aan Roger Hodgson en Harmonic Management. Soundproductions Howard Heckers is dan ook niet betrokken bij de creatie van het Classics Live II album dat door Roger Hodgson zal worden uitgebracht. Het album met de titel dat door Soundproductions Howard Heckers werd verspreid betreft een illegale bootleg en is niet het officieel album van Roger Hodgson.

The presiding judge of Antwerp commercial court has ruled that Soundproductions Howard Heckers infringed on the copyright of Roger Hodgson and Harmonic Management, and on the neighbouring rights of Roger Hodgson as a performing artist, by illegitimately copying, distributing, transmitting, publishing and selling recordings of Roger Hodgson. These recordings are not official recordings by Roger Hodgson and never authorised their communication or reproduction. Soundproductions Howard Heckers has not performed any services after June 2016. Soundproductions Howard Heckers has therefore not been involved in the production of the album classics live II that will be published by Roger Hodgson. The Album with the same tittle distributed by Soundproductions Howard Heckers is an illegal bootleg and is not the official album by Roger Hodgson.
